Insurers Seek To Sever Katrina Levee Breach Claims

Law360, New York (July 02, 2009) -- A number of insurers, including Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. and State Farm, have asked the federal court overseeing consolidated levee breach litigation related to Hurricane Katrina to sever the remaining claims in light of the recent dismissal of class action claims against the insurers.
